By entering or participating in the relevant prize promotion (the “Campaign”), each entrant or participant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and the decisions of dRisk are final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility: Unless otherwise specified, all prize promotions are open only to persons who (i) are resident in a country or territory where the Campaign is available, as determined by dRisk in its sole and absolute discretion, (ii) are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or such other legal age of majority applicable in the jurisdiction where the Entrant is resident) at the time of entry, and (iii) meet all other entry criteria specified in the announcements, promotional materials or other communications made available to Entrants in respect of the Campaign (the “Campaign Materials''). For clarity, only verified dRisk.io account holders who additionally meet all eligibility criteria for the Campaign can participate.

2. How To Enter: The Campaign will begin and end at the times specified by dRisk (the “Campaign Period”). Entry methods are specified in the Campaign Materials and all entries must be received during the Campaign Period. Entrants may enter by following the instructions set out in the Campaign Materials.

When submitting an entry, Entrant is required to provide complete and truthful information. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Terms and Conditions may be disqualified from the Campaign at dRisk’s sole and absolute discretion.

Entries submitted by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. The use of any scripts, computer programs, robotic repetitive, macro, automatic, programmed or similar automated entry methods or agents to submit entries will void all entries submitted by that person or that person’s agents. dRisk will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. All entries submitted in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and not disqualified or void are considered “Eligible Entries.”.

By entering the Campaign, Entrant: (i) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions by dRisk and by the decisions of dRisk, which are final and binding in all respects; (ii) acknowledges compliance with these Terms and Conditions; and (iii) agrees to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Winning the Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

3. Additional Campaign Rules: Campaign specific rules are set out here with regards to the Campaign:

1. Participation in the full dRisk 50,000 USDT Campaign is applicable only for new users to dRisk.io
2. Existing dRisk users who wish to participate in this Campaign will be able to start directly from Mission 3.
3. Existing dRisk users will not be able to participate in Mission 1.
4. Existing dRisk users will not be able to participate in Mission 2.
5. Mission rewards will be released to users after successful completion and verification of each mission.
6. Rewards for Mission 2 will be released after manual verification of entry submissions. Submissions will be verified manually every week from Monday 00:00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59. Users who successfully qualify for the rewards will be rewarded on within 3-5 days after the submission period weekly.
7. All rewards earned through this campaign will be credited in the participant’s dRisk wallet as Earned Bonus.
8. Earned Bonus can be used to play Fantasy Leagues on dRisk, and winnings will be as per usual gameplay, i.e. awarded in USDT (BEP20)
9. dRisk will announce the official Campaign Period on either the dRisk website, through the dRisk app, or in any manner (including, without limitation, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Telegram, Twitter), which they deem appropriate.
10. dRisk reserves the right to add to the Campaign Rules at dRisk’s sole and absolute discretion.
